DK through 5th:
This week, all classes will be introduced to the books and poetry of April Halprin Wayland, who will be Pennekamp's visiting author during Author's Week (February 7-11). All classes will hear To Rabbittown or The Night Horse as well as some of Ms. Wayland's poetry. In particular, grades 3-5 will hear several poems from Girl Coming in for a Landing. During class visit times we will also take a look at April Wayland's website:
